Below are pictures and descriptions of some of the equipment PRONE uses during investigations. We do not bring every piece of equipment to every investigation. We will determine what will be necessary depending on the specific location.

These devices digitally record audio and allow for capturing EVPs (electronic voice phenomenon). This is one of the most common pieces of equipment and at least one investigator will always be recording audio during an investigation.

K2 and Mel Meters are generally used to measure EMF (electro-magnetic fields) in the environment. EMF is a natural occurrence that cause hallucinations, dizziness, and paranoia. Mel Meters (pictured left), also give temperature readings; which are useful when tracking "cold spot" or finding natural explanations for them.

The theory is that spirits can use the radio and noise to communicate in real time with investigators. PRONE has several models of the "hackshack" and use trigger questions to help verify or debunk the validity of what comes through the device.

The geophone detects vibrations in its' surrounding environment. The red LEDs indicate how strong the vibration is and the device also has a sensitivity setting. The geophone is useful for pinpointing natural vibrations, but it has also been known to go off on occasion with no explanation...
