About PRONE

If you haven't noticed yet this research group was started by a group of women. I have to say a great group of woman actually, who have come from different back grounds and had different home lives growing up. But we all have had similar experiences and have the common belief that there are things out there that are paranormal and need to be proven with scientific evidence. We all work in the same field for the same company, which of course is how we met. We are very caring and compassionate woman. We love helping people and because of this need to help others we developed this group in the hopes of helping people who have had paranormal experiences.

Bio's

Hello, my name is Alison and I am a co-founder of PRONE. I have a Bachelors Degree in Community and Human Services from Empire State College. I have worked in the human services field for over 10 years. I enjoy helping people and problem solving. I grew up on Long Island, NY and moved to the Buffalo area about 11 years ago. Ever since I can remember I've been intrigued by "things that go bump in the night". We've all had the experience of getting chills, or seeing something out of the corner of our eye. Is there an explanation for these types of occurrences? Of course, but I don't believe we've found it yet. I believe that being a paranormal researcher is a learning process that requires one to be logical, inquisitive and professional.

My name is Cheryl and I have been interested in paranormal activity for as long as I can remember. I have lived in WNY for most of my life. I attended Buffalo State College where I received my Bachelors of Science in Sociology. I currently work with the Developmentally Disabled and have been doing so for the last 14 years. I am a mother of two wonderful boys. Through the years I have had my own personal experiences with the paranormal. These experiences have furthered my interest in this area. I would call my self a Spiritualist but at the same time I feel I have enough skepticism to make a great investigator. I have some scientific equipment for investigating but I also come with a wealth of knowledge within my Spirituality. All in all I am a well rounded person. I plan to use all my current knowledge about the paranormal and I look forward to what I will be able to learn with each investigation we conduct. I am always interested in furthering my knowledge and experiences.

Hello, My name is Heather. I am one of the co-founders of PRONE. I live in Wheatfield, a small suburb north of Buffalo, NY. My current day job is working as an administrator for a local company that provides all types of services for people with different disabilities. I have been working in this field for over 13 years and I still love it. I am a wife and also a mother to both human and furry canine kids. I am a huge animal lover and very quick to advocate for animal right issues. My earliest memory of what I would describe as paranormal would be when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I believe that this was when I witnessed a full body apparition. Since then I have encountered numerous other unexplainable experiences. As I got older I needed more concrete evidence to prove what I experienced. It was no longer enough to think I saw something or allow my sense to tell me things weren't right. Once I realized that I wanted real evidence I began to study the paranormal, and I plan to research and study the paranormal for many years to come.

My name is Kathy. My first paranormal experience happened May 14, 1980, the day my father passed away at Sisters Hospital, but came back to our house that night to say good-bye to me. I like to think it opened my eyes to more wonders of the world than can just be seen or touched. In my daily life, after 22 years in the District Attorney’s Office, I am now the secretary to an awesome woman who is not only a great humanitarian, but also a great judge. Calling myself an animal fanatic, I have two dogs and three cats, and attempt to help homeless animals any way possible, near and afar. My husband and I live in Hamburg, NY.

My name is Rob and I’ve been interested in everything to do with anything paranormal since I was a kid. I never had an experiences of my own that made become interested in this, but I have been anyway for as long as I can remember. I still remain skeptical about a lot of things and need proof before I can really believe something is haunted. I’m currently working on obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Web Design. I’ve always been good with IT things and enjoy looking into using the tech to investigate the paranormal in new ways.

My name is Mike. Although I've always been fascinated by paranormal activity of any sort I remain a resident skeptic. My goal when I'm investigating something paranormal is to find the truth. Could there be a logical explanation for the sound, sight, etc, or is there solid evidence that it's something paranormal.
